Please complete this form to place your custom order with Moore Sweets. Our dedicated team will contact you if anything else is needed.  Please note, If your inso photo is way more over the top then items you selected we will reach out to give a proper pricing. 

Remember that we do not create exact replicas of other custom cakes, but we will work to bring your vision to life. Thank you, and we look forward to celebrating with you. 

If you feel the sizes are not what your looking for reach out for different size options.If you're wanting any over the top cakes, sculpted cake, wedding cakes or anything with fondant use please contact us.

At Moore Sweets, we prioritize providing each client with the highest level of customer service. Please allow 1-2 business days for a response from our administration team. Note that response times may be longer from Saturday to Tuesday. Please avoid sending duplicate emails. If you need a cake at the last minute, still complete the form and give us a call, leaving a message if there is no answer. 

Please note all cakes are non refundable. 

Any last minute cakes not approved or any cakes that are "extreme" or more "intricate" will be canceled until we confirm.
